Mojitos are the perfect refresher during the sweltering summer months! They’re one of my go-to beverages to relax and unwind. But, with fall fast approaching, I wanted to make my favorite drink, but with a fall twist!
When it turns fall in Northern California, the locals love to head to a fun place in the hills, called Apple Hill! They have Apple EVERYTHING, from apple jerky, apple wine, apple pies, and even apple donuts (YUM!). But the best part is getting fresh apple cider!
For this recipe, I chose to combine that lovely taste of fall with the cool refreshment of mojitos, and the secret ingredient is – you guessed it, apple cider! This apple cider mojito is the perfect fall cocktail! It has the cool taste of a traditional mojito, with the warm, apple flavors of fall. What’s not to love?!
As soon as apple cider starts to hit the store shelves it’s officially fall! And while apple cider tastes amazing on its own, you’ll love it even more when it’s used to make this apple cider mojito cocktail!

Supplies Needed for Easy Apple Cocktail:

How to Make Homemade Apple Cider Mojitios:
Add the gold rum, lime juice, a lime slice, and mint leaves to the bottom of the glass.
Press down lightly on the mint leaves and give a few gentle twists to muddle mint.
Add ice plus 2 additional lime wedges.
Pour the fresh apple cider on top of the ice, filling almost up to the top of your serving glass.
Garnish with apple slices and fresh mint leaves, or mint sprigs. Add a cinnamon stick for the perfect fall taste!
Serve in a mason jar, highball glass, or simple cocktail glass. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

- 4-6 Mint Leaves Additional for Garnish
- 1-2 Fresh Apples Slices for Garnish
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Cinnamon Stick For Garnish
