I’ve mentioned time and time again how much my family enjoys Horizon Organic products (and I love knowing I’m choosing quality organic foods for my family with no artificial colors or flavors!), so it should come as no surprise that when it was time to start my holiday baking, I immediately reach for Horizon Organic. For these delectable snickerdoodles, I incorporated Horizon Organic Lowfat Eggnog and Unsalted Butter, and I would have loved to use Horizon Organic brown eggs in the recipe as well (they are seriously the yummiest eggs ever!), but my store was out of them this week – bummer!
The Horizon Organic eggnog gives these cookies a rich depth of flavor and an additional layer of spices that marry perfectly with the traditional Snickerdoodle ingredients. SO delicious!
