This refreshing ice cold smoothie tastes like summertime in a glass with bursts of watermelon, dragon fruit, and strawberry flavors!
Once upon a time, right after I graduated from high school, I worked part-time at Jamba Juice (it’s actually where I met my husband!), and my boys LOVE to remind me that I’m a “master smoothie maker.” They are total smoothie fanatics, and they beg me to make them smoothies almost every day. This delicious watermelon, dragon fruit and strawberry smoothie was something that I whipped up to clean out the abundance of fruit that was in our freezer, and the boys all said it was SO good that it HAD to go on the blog!
For those of you who haven’t tried dragon fruit yet, the taste is really mild, and it kind of reminds me of a cross between a kiwi and a pear – the flavor goes perfectly with watermelon and strawberry!
